The Studio Cottage:



The Studio Cottage is located on Lot 21 approx 40 ft. (approx.12 meters) west of the Villa. The Studio Cottage is a stand alone building with it’s own private entrance onto Calle #5  (road #5 See Area Lot Plan)  The Cottage is very private from the Villa, although it can also be  accessed from the front Villa entrance if the owner allows. The cottage can also have direct access to the swimming pool by means of a separate entrance if the owner chooses. There is also private parking space for one car.
Living space is comprised of  two (2) inner rooms containing of  the main room with kitchen, dining and lounging areas and separate enclosed air conditioned bedroom totaling 714 sq. ft. ( 66.3971 M2) .


In addition, there are a front and side roofed porches and lounging areas facing it’s own private small garden.
The Studio Cottage Bathroom is not attached. It is located in the Laundry, Pump Room & Service Area about 18-20 steps from the Cottage front door.

The bathroom is comprised of a large wainscot tiled bathroom comprised of two sections, one containing the WC and wash sink and the other a large tiled shower stall.

Note: Owners rent the Studio Cottage when not in residence. Rental is popular and produces substantial income.
