Casa Luna is an elegant, private residence located just 90 yards behind Playa LaRopa Beach in the Bay of Zihuatanejo. The thatch roofed residence is surrounded by an enclosed one acre private tropical garden.
	The architectural design is set off by a huge, soaring parabolic shaped roof constructed of woven thatch and hand hewn hardwoods; suspended above adobe walled rooms trimmed in hand painted tile. The design creates a simultaneous indoor/outdoor effect.
The huge arched roof captures the sea breezes from nearby La Ropa Beach. The Villa's indoor/outdoor design allows for views of the surrounding gardens from every room while still assuring privacy and climate control in individual sleeping quarters. The interior is decorated with country style antiques, Mexican crafts and a sprinkling of intimate works of art left behind by visiting artists.

Casa Luna offers three large, air conditioned bedrooms including the master bedroom which has an attached sitting / TV room.

There is an additional non-air conditioned balcony bedroom with it's own private sun deck overlooking the garden.

Accommodations also include: dining room, living room, sun deck, writing room, two large bathrooms, three additional outside showers, and a fully equipped gourmet eat-in kitchen.
All rooms are comfortable and well suited for both relaxed living and entertaining.

 

	Casa Luna's private swimming pool area is snuggled in it's own enclosed enclave inside the 1+ acre Casa Luna Compound. The spacious, enclosed area offers complete privacy as well as safety against children having access without supervision. The aproximately 40ft long, lapstyle, tiled pool is fronted by an enclosed sunken jacuzzi.
A waterfall over the jacuzzi enclosure forms a curtain of water creating a feeling of privacy while you are relaxing in the refreshing rush of bubbly waters. Imagine yourself immersed in a tropical hotspring hidden behind a cascading waterfall after a hard day working on your tan. Just the way to end another day in paradise.
